Hi Lucy, Lotte here, I'm from your tui mai tui atu class (whenua)This is an awesome post.I mean the poems great but it could have some improving. Maybe next time you could make the poem flow and add some different words ( I recommend dictionary) Other than that I though it was great!

Kia ora Lucy, my name is Remy I am from Owairaka school I really like the poem the coulors really pop. I know that your background is a coulor thing from the Summer Learning Journey because I did that exact thing. Two things that you can work on is to check your titles and make your titles more catchy. Blog ya later. Remy
That's a great attempt at poetry Lucy. The best way to learn is to practise. I have to disagree with Milla above, poetry is not solely about rhyming. Poetry is about creating a flow, a journey. I did feel as if it was a way Yoda would speak. ;)
